- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cup mascorpone cheese
- 1 sachet whiping powder packet
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup milk to whip the powder

Instructions
Filling:
- In a bowl whisk together egg yolk and sugar until blended.Add in milk and vanilla essence and mix well
- Pour this in a saucepan and cook until it thickens into a custard. Transfer into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap and set aside to cool.
- whip the whipping powder with milk and to this add mascorpone cheese and cooled custard mix it well.

I like that the filling is almost similar to how it should be for a tiramisu… Like the oreo twist, though I would still prefer the good old ladys finger…. 🙂
Giving a twist to the recipe is always fun… but can’t give up original one
